Evo BJJ Coach Sam Cannons


Coach Sam has been a life long martial artist, training in a variety of traditional and western styles from a young age, attaining various of belts and grades.

Sam has always had a keen interest in sports and has participated in many different sports from a young age. Sam began speed skating at the age of 6 and at the age of 13 Sam won the national championships.

He has Sports Science background.

Sam started his BJJ journey late in 2009.

He has competed, won and medalled in multiple local and international competitions and coached athletes that have also medalled locally and nationally.

Sam loves helping, people to do things they didn't think they could do.
